On September 24, Dr. André Neff and Marcel Hövels proudly showcased our biotechnologically produced sweet dietary fibers at the Ideenfutter Expo in Neuss, joining the BIO.NRW joint booth. This annual gathering was a vibrant hub for food-tech innovation and sustainable nutrition trends.

Visitors were given an exclusive insight into the prototypes for cookies and jam developed by Aamir Lonne as part of his master’s thesis – an exciting proof of how our sweet fibers can elevate real food applications.
Meaningful connections: Countless discussions with entrepreneurs, investors, and food industry experts laid the foundation for new partnerships and pilot projects.
