As alumni of the EIT Food Seedbed Incubator 2023, we were honored to showcase our sweet and healthy fibers at our own booth at Next Bite 2024. The EIT event, which took place in the spectacular venue \u201cla nuvola\u201d, allowed us to connect with key companies, stakeholders and investors in the food ecosystem. We exclusively brought our sweet-tasting fiber to Rome, which once again managed to put a smile on the faces of numerous curious testers.
